There were some maintenance issues, such as a problem with the drainage system in the bathroom and a choked kitchen sink.

The value for money at Prime Retreats - Downtown was excellent. The room had everything we needed and the location was fantastic, with Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa just a short walk away. The staff were extremely attentive and made our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.

I recently stayed at Prime Retreats in Downtown Dubai for a few days. The location was perfect, with the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the fountain all within a short 10-minute walk. What really stood out to me was the 24-hour supermarket located in the building, making it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, including an iron, hairdryer, capsule coffee machine, toaster. The presence of a table and makeup mirror was a pleasant surprise. And of course, the view from the balcony on the 20th floor was absolutely breathtaking. a fantastic experience!
